With the Coronavirus becoming a worldwide pandemic, it is no question that the medical field has become the profession that has been working 24/7. Because of this, it is a possibility that current medical students are overwhelmed by the sudden rise of responsibility needed to be part of the field. That being said, this study aims to determine whether or not students' willingness has changed over the course of the pandemic and whether they are certain that this is the career path they choose to pursue, and if pursuing the medical field is a viable option given the circumstances of the situation. To test the hypothesis, an online survey was distributed to various Grade 11 and 12 STEM and GAS students who went to various schools. Respondents were chosen based on their grade level and their academic course that leans more on the medical aspect. The respondents will be answering questions on their mental health during the course of the pandemic and their career decisions regarding their medical career. The sampling method used in the study is a stratified sampling method. Through the method, all the respondents had an equal chance of being picked. The sample size is 50 interviewees, the respondents came from the Senior High School Students. The research study used quantitative research specifically a descriptive study, in which was preferred due to the reason to explain relationships or situations that will influence the answer of the respondents and to gather the data and findings. As for the time being, the data collected does not fulfill the goals set by the sample size and therefore, a proper conclusion is not yet finalised.
